The project features 30 guest rooms, designed with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, combining modern amenities with a homely experience. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, shared spaces, and travel support services.

For boutique hospitality models, implementing an ELV system for small hotels requires a balance between simplicity, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Scope of Work

We delivered and installed ELV systems for villa operations, including:
